Position Description: CommIT is currently seeking Tier II and III Service Desk Personnel to support On and Off-Premise system operations. The candidate must be familiar with IBM ITSM and Atlassian JIRA products.
- Infrastructure Monitoring and Support
- Provisioning for other “Super Users”
- Tier 1 Knowledge Management
- Tier II and III Support
- 24/7/365 Monitoring
- Monthly Health Checks
- Metrics Management and Reporting
- User Monitoring / Logging
- Critical Alerts (Pri 1) Notifications
Experience and Education:
- High School diploma or GED.
- Three (3) years of experience Computerized System experience, to include: Test and Evaluation, Network Protocols, LAN administration fundamentals, and UNIX and Windows based operating system.
