Service Desk

Position Location(s):  Charleston, SC

Position Description: CommIT is currently seeking Tier II and III Service Desk Personnel to support On and Off-Premise system operations. The candidate must be familiar with IBM ITSM and Atlassian JIRA products.

Responsibilities:

  • Infrastructure Monitoring and Support
  • Provisioning for other “Super Users”
  • Tier 1 Knowledge Management
  • Tier II and III Support
  • 24/7/365 Monitoring
  • Monthly Health Checks
  • Metrics Management and Reporting
  • User Monitoring / Logging
  • Critical Alerts (Pri 1) Notifications

Experience and Education:

  • High School diploma or GED.
  • Three (3) years of experience Computerized System experience, to include: Test and Evaluation, Network Protocols, LAN administration fundamentals, and UNIX and Windows based operating system.
